About pricing

How do payments work?

For packages, you pay 50% upfront and 50% at launch. Bank transfer has no extra cost. Card payments add about 4% for processing fees.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes, for the Starter and Business packages: Starter Monthly ($199 down, then $119 a month) or Business Monthly ($249 down, then $169 a month), for 12 months. Both include our Basic Care plan. Paying monthly costs about 9% more in total than paying upfront, and the website becomes yours once all 12 payments are made.

Do I have to buy a care plan?

No. Care plans are optional and start at $49 a month. They include hosting, backups, updates and a set amount of edits each month. Without one, you look after your own hosting and updates.

Do you handle the domain and hosting?

Hosting is included in every care plan. Domain names are paid separately to the registrar; we can set one up with you or work with the one you already have.

How long does a website project usually take?

It depends on the size of the site and how quickly the content comes together. A small site moves faster than one with many pages or special features. We give you a timeline in your written proposal, before any work starts.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. We look at what works on your current site, keep the content worth keeping, and rebuild the rest so it’s clearer, faster and easier to use on a phone.
