Before & after

Slide to see the difference

Left: worn shingles with lifted tabs, gaps and staining. Right: the same slope after a full replacement with new underlayment, flashing and ridge vents.

How a replacement works

Four steps, no surprises

  1. 1

    Inspection

We go up, photograph every slope and send the photos to your phone, with the problem areas marked.

  2. 2

    Written quote

One price for the whole job, with materials, tear-off, disposal and permits listed line by line.

  3. 3

    Install day

Most homes take one to two days. We protect your yard and gutters, and work in sections so the house is never open overnight.

  4. 4

    Walk-through

We check the roof with you, sweep the yard with a magnet for nails, and hand over your warranty in writing.

After a storm

Leak or storm damage? Do this first.

We answer storm calls seven days a week. For water coming through a ceiling, call rather than filling in the form.

Call (555) 013-4410
  1. 1Stay safe, stay inside

Don’t climb onto a wet or damaged roof. If water is coming through a ceiling, move belongings and put a bucket under the drip.

  2. 2Take photos

From the ground: missing shingles, dents in gutters, fallen branches. Inside: any stains or drips. Note the date and time.

  3. 3Call us for a tarp

We cover active leaks to stop further damage. Keep the receipt; most insurers count it as reasonable protection.

  4. 4Call your insurer

Ask whether they want to send an adjuster. If they do, we can meet them at the house and walk the roof together.
